These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by: KT Bijoux, whose head office is located in Saint Mathieu, registered under the number SIREN 844922708, hereinafter referred to as "the seller",  and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.ktbijoux.com hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Object :

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the seller's merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.

The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.

These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the seller.

The seller reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time, in which case the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Characteristics of the goods and services offered:

The products and services offered are those which appear on the site.

These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks.

The photographs of the site are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular with regard to the colours. On the other hand, all the models are made by hand, and the natural stones and pearls are never identical, slight differences from the photograph may exist.

All gold jewellery is crafted in 18 karat gold unless otherwise specified and bears legal hallmarks. All silver jewellery is made from sterling silver, unless otherwise specified, and bears legal hallmarks. The nature and authenticity of the stones described are guaranteed by KT Bijoux.

Terms of use :

All my creations presented in the portfolio like to be worn with care and attention. The materials are often natural (such as mother-of-pearl for pearls, or wood, fine stones, etc.) which should be respected. I do not recommend the use of solvents, dishes or baths (swimming pool, spa or sea water) when wearing one of my creations.

Price :

KT Bijoux reserves the right to modify its' prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include transport and delivery costs. These costs are calculated according to the weight and the destination, during the ordering process, according to the scales in force at the Post Office, for shipments by Colissimo, Colissimo by Recommended or Chronopost.

Payment method :

The price is payable at the time of the order. The method of payment accepted are as follows:

Credit card via PayPal (this ultra secure payment method does not require the opening of a PayPal account, it accepts almost all credit cards!

The buyer's account will only be debited for the amount of the products ordered and the delivery costs.

Note that I do not have access to our customers' bank details.

KT Bijoux is the holder of the PayPal account on which you make your payment via PayPal.

Delivery :

Our products are sent by La post (Prioritie/Colissimo with signature..) or DHL UPS or VD (declared value), all "available" items will be sent within 48 hours of the order being placed but for the sake of accuracy and taking into account any transport delays it is prudent to plan for your purchases a minimum of 72 hours and 3 to 4 weeks for made-to-measure creations and those sent abroad!

We decline all responsibility in the event of a delay in the delivery of your order.

Return/refund/cancellation policy:

Return

All items available in stock can be returned to us if they are not suitable, within 7 working days of receipt of the order.

Please note that we have no legal obligation to return personalised jewellery, so we recommend that you know your finger size for rings and not to make a mistake about the messages to be engraved on any jewellery.

The procedure consists of informing KT Bijoux beforehand by e-mail and specifying the reasons for your return by indicating your order number and the return address to the e-mail address: info@ktbijoux.com

The refund is made upon receipt of the goods provided that the product is in perfect condition and in its original case, the refund corresponds to the amount of the order less the postage costs, except error on our part or special agreement. The refund is made by the same means of payment as that chosen by the customer.

All custom-made jewellery cannot be returned, including rings made to the size of our customers, jewellery that has been engraved, requests for personal creations (jewellery with such or such stone).  A ring in stock, in a given size that has required sizing for the customer cannot be returned, so it is important to know the finger size before ordering a ring and we are ready, if necessary, to send you a ring in stock for your personal evaluation before ordering it in the correct size! However, we remain at your disposal to modify a size, readjust a size. Some models of rings cannot be changed in size for technical reasons, please contact us for precise information on this subject according to the models offered

After-sales policy Complaint policy for faulty jewellery:

Defective or damaged jewellery after use can be returned for repair within a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase, provided you send us a photo of the jewellery in question and a reasonable estimate of the cost of the damage suffered by the jewellery and postage costs. It will be necessary after agreement, to send us a check for the estimated amount as well as the order number and the return address.

Returns are made at the expense of the buyer and under their responsibility within 7 working days.

The refund amount is made on the invoice amount less postage.

Responsibility :

The seller, in the online sales process, is bound only by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

Personal data :

In accordance with the law relating to data processing: (i) Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018 on the protection of personal data, and (ii) Order No. 2018-1125 of December 12, 2018, adopted pursuant to Article 32 of Law No. 2018-493. 

 Information of a nominative nature relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing. The seller reserves the right to collect information on buyers, including by using cookies, to ensure the operation of the site. Users have a right to access and rectify data concerning them.
